Adult Still's disease is a rare type of inflammatory arthritis that features fevers, rash and joint pain. Early symptoms include a fever that reaches 102.2 degrees Fahrenheit or higher once or twice a day and a pink or salmon-colored rash on the arms, legs, chest, back, and abdomen.
